On a recent trip we experienced two flat tires in one day and on opposite sides of our Apex travel trailer. Both caused damage to the RV. We notified John at Roadhouse where we purchased the RV. John was great throughout the whole process of dealing with this. John immediately assessed the damages and coordinated with our insurance carrier for the repairs and the RV manufacturer for parts. The best part was when I went to pickup the RV yesterday. I expected the trailer to look good, but, I was very surprised to see that the trailer actually looks better than when it left the factory. That is not an exaggeration. The fit and finish of all of the replaced components including the trim on both sides is much more precise. Everything Roadhouse worked on is cleaner, neater and looks right. We are extremely happy with the service we have received since purchasing the RV and with the quality of workmanship of this repair.

We have used Roadhouse RV a few times for different reasons and all were excellent experiences. However; this past weekend, Dan at Roadhouse went above and beyond to help me. I accidently locked myself out of our camper, with one phone call to Dan, he was able to give me advice and help me. He saved me a 2hr ride back home or an expensive cost for a locksmith to come to my campsite. I highly recommend Roadhouse RV for any service you may need. Thank you again Dan!

I have bought 2 RVs from roadhouse and had wonderful experiences both times. The staff is always so helpful and will go out of their way to help you. My third RV I bough from another dealer and, their response was.....as long as youre out their camping thats what matters. The service my new rig, inspect it and work on it. They know their customers by name when they see them, and always treat you like family. I love having them so close to my home and will always go back to them. Carrie, John and the rest of the staff are awesome. Highly recommend them for all your camping needs.

I bought my Palomino Puma 32FBIS in February 2018 sight unseen. We did everything over the phone and by email. Pictures were sent, and forms were overnighted...I showed up, they had everything is done and ready, temporary tags already in the window. I had a tail light out in my truck, they fixed it. they hooked everything up, showed me how to use everything and away we went....First season with the trailer some things had to get fixed, I made a phone call, and made arrangements to come down to the state-of-the-art shop... Had everything fixed in a few hours, Home I went. Here's where it gets interesting, start of the next season, the control module goes on the hot water heater, called up, john said, Don't worry, I'll send you one in the mail...That there is what family businesses do. They don't go above and beyond... they hold themselves to a higher standard...I recommend RH to everyone and will be purchasing from them again....

This is the best place for RV service in the Lake Wallenpaupack region. Friendly, family business. They know about all kinds of campers and how to fix them. Were able to do work for us even though our warranty was from another dealer. Useless warranty, but good work from Roadhouse.
